We appreciate your participation in Ry’s Up 2 Punch Out Pediatric Cancer, 9th Annual 5k Run/Walk at 9:00 am on December 14, 2024 at Gadsden Park. The proceeds raised in this event will be donated to Pediatric Cancer/Ewing Sarcoma research on behalf of The Ry Guy Foundation, Inc. 501(c)(3) organization. If you can’t make it or don’t feel comfortable coming to the event, please feel free to register and participate virtually. We will send you a t-shirt.

Registration Fee the day of the event is $35.00 – cash, Venmo, Zelle or check
Registration Ends: November 15, 2024 ---- Early registrants will receive a t-shirt, which can be picked up on the day of the event December 14, 2024 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.

Release and Waiver:
I understand that participating in this event is voluntary and that it has the potential of being hazardous. By executing this registration form, I acknowledge that I should not participate in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury which I may incur the day of the event or any accident in which I may be involved either traveling to or from the event or at the event itself or on the premises on which the event is to take place. I assume all risk associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather, traffic or general conditions of the premises. I for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge The Ry Guy Foundation, Inc., its officers, Board, organizers, sponsors, promoters, agents as well as any and all individuals associated or assisting in the establishment and conducting of this event (hereinafter “Released Parties) against any liability, claims, actions, or damages that I have against any of these individuals arising out of or in any way connected with my participation at this event. I understand that this Waiver and Release includes any claims, whether caused by negligence, the action or inaction of any of the parties, participants, general public, etc. prior to, during or after the event. I acknowledge that as a participant, I will not use any bicycle, baby jogger equipment, inline skates, radio or audio headsets nor will I bring any pet to participate in the event. I understand the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above Released Parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event to be used in a promotional manner without compensation or royalties. The Released Parties are not responsible for any loss or damage to any participants or participant’s family or friend’s possessions brought to the event and all risk of loss or damages to same is assumed solely by the participant, their families and friends. The Participant understands that the Released Parties have the authority to restrict or prohibit the Participants, their families and friends from partaking in the event. This Consent and any claims or losses arising out of this event shall be governed by, construed and enforced the laws of State of Florida. Any civil action or legal proceeding arising out of or related to this registration and event shall be brought the court of record of the State of Florida, Hillsborough County or the Federal Court sitting in Tampa, Florida.
